We teach many styles of yoga, it’s important you first understand the essential goal of yoga. Meet Shubhra Nishad, a passionate and dynamic yoga instructor with over three years of teaching experience. Her journey with yoga began at a young age in the spiritual heartland of Haridwar, Uttarakhand. Shubhra honed her skills with a Bachelor’s in Yoga from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya (DSVV) and an MA in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University. With a deep love for exploring and teaching various styles of yoga, she brings a unique blend of tradition and modern practice to her classes, creating a transformative experience for her students.

Never practiced Yoga before? No worries! We offer beginners’ classes throughout the week. Start with those and, after a few weeks, progress to our all-levels classes. If you’re already familiar with Yoga, dive right into the all-levels sessions and continue your journey.

Our classes incorporate yoga movements guided by patient instructors, making it the safest way to begin an active routine. Join us to kickstart your fitness journey with confidence and care.

City life strains our minds daily—traffic, work, kids, career, finances, relationships—the list goes on. A 60-minute daily retreat offers an ideal break from the chaos, but even a few sessions a week are a great way to start.

You can choose a plan depending on your goals and how consistent you wish to be. We will be happy to discuss this with you in person/over a call.

We offer a variety of classes including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Pregnancy Yoga, Kids Yoga, and Workplace Yoga. Each class is designed to cater to different needs and experience levels.

We recommend bringing your own yoga mat for hygiene reasons. However, if you don’t have one, we have mats available for use. Comfortable clothing and a water bottle are also recommended.

Yes, we offer personalized yoga sessions tailored to your individual needs. These can be scheduled at a time and place that is convenient for you.

Every instructor highlights the significance of breath, incorporating pranayama into their sessions. Our Deep Space class zeroes in on pranayama and meditation, emphasizing the power of breathwork.

Everybody can. With a consistent practice, you will become more flexible. Patience is key. Remember not to compete with others on the mat. Yoga is not a competition. Enjoy and relax! You will see the progress.

Yoga is definitely going to help you as it will tone your muscles, help you reduce fat, lengthen the spine, change how your body looks, detoxify your digestive system and rebalance your hormones. Those results will be seen within a few weeks of regular practice. We have seen people the loose up to 3 KG in one month by doing 5 sessions per week. our sessions are designed to exercise full body. The classes are 40% flexibility and 60% strength building. Building strong muscles help you increasing basal metabolic rate.

You have to wear modest clothing, no shorts or sleeveless allowed. Please wear clothes which are stretchable, comfortable and breathable. ( jeans pants, tight fitting clothes, cortana’s are not allowed )

Make sure your stomach is empty for practice. Your last meal should be 2 hours before practice. In case if you are feeling dizzy or hunger during the class we recommend you to have a light snack (banana, apples, almonds) before class. & you can eat after class.
